Send a quotation for approval

What this does

Emails the quotation with its drawings to the customer, who can review and accept it online.

Before you start

  • Every line has its window configured and priced.

Steps

  1. 01
    Click Send by Email on the quotation.
  2. 02
    Review the message — the quotation PDF with drawings is already attached.
  3. 03
    Send. The customer receives a link to view and accept online.
  4. 04
    Follow the status: it moves to Sent, and to Sales Order when accepted.

Common mistakes

  • Sending to a contact with no email address — check the customer record first; the send window warns but does not block.
