Print piece labels

What this does

Prints a label per piece — order, position, dimensions and barcode — so every frame and sash stays identifiable from saw to site.

Before you start

  • The production order is confirmed.

Steps

  1. 01
    Open the production order and choose the label printout.
  2. 02
    Pick the label size your printer takes.
  3. 03
    Print — one label per piece, including glass units.
  4. 04
    Attach labels immediately after cutting, before pieces mix.

Common mistakes

  • Labelling finished frames only — unlabelled cut pieces are the ones that get lost between stations.
