Generate a cutting list

What this does

Produces the list of profile cuts — lengths, angles and counts — for one order or a whole production batch.

Before you start

  • The production orders are confirmed.

Steps

  1. 01
    Select the production orders to cut together.
  2. 02
    Generate the cutting list — pieces group by profile and colour.
  3. 03
    Print it for the saw, or export it for the cutting machine.
  4. 04
    Tick pieces off as they are cut, so progress is visible per order.

Common mistakes

  • Cutting from the drawing instead of the list — sash cut lengths include system-specific deductions the drawing alone does not show.
