After-Sales & Service
Log a service request
What this does
Opens a service case against the original order and position, so the technician arrives knowing exactly what was installed and when.
Before you start
- Identify the customer and, if possible, the building or order.
Steps
-
01
Create a service request and link the customer.
-
02
Pick the installed position from the building's service history — the fault attaches to a real window, not a phone description.
-
03
Describe the fault and attach the customer's photos.
-
04
Schedule the visit; parts needed reserve from stock.
Common mistakes
- Logging repeat visits as new cases — link them to the same position, so a repeating fault is escalated instead of re-repaired.
